When will I get my order?

I aim to dispatch within 3-5 days. Sometimes sooner! If you need your order for a specific date, please get in touch. I’m happy to help. 

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.

Will my print arrive safely?

I try my best to pack prints so that they are not damaged in transit. 

A5, A4 and A3 prints are sent wrapped in cello, with board backing and cardboard corners. 

Large A2 and 50x70cm prints will be sent rolled up in a sturdy postal tube. 

What if my print arrives damaged?

Get in touch with photos of the print and the packaging. I’ll do my best to refund/replace. 

Can I return my item?

I accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping and the item must be sent back undamaged and returned in secure packaging. 

Can I purchase from overseas?

Please use my Etsy shop to make your order.
